Writers can employ a simple test to distinguish between these two words. Who’s is a contraction for who is, so simply substitute who is into your sentence; if it makes sense, use who’s. Whose is a possessive form of who or which, so using who is in place of whose won’t make any sense when you substitute it in.
Be one who’s using whose appropriately. More precision in language leads to more effective technical writing, and that leads to a more effective presentation not only of your message but also of you and your brands to your audience.
